All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance. I am happy to ship internationally, just email me to get a quote.

For made to order & custom items there is a 2- 5 week production window unless discussed otherwise. I do keep a small inventory at hand & every effort will be made to send it out to you sooner! It may be possible to rush production and/or shipping for an additional fee.
RETURN POLICY
Because everything is entirely handmade, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. There will be slight variations in color, texture and measurements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will gladly exchange your item for another of equal value. I cannot offer returns or reimburse for the shipping costs of any exchanged items. Product care
Lightweight textiles are best cared for by hand washing in tepid water with a mild detergent. Hang to dry in shade. Heirloom Collection throws, best to dry clean to maintain the integrity of the wool.
Ceramic vessels should be hand washed as needed. Tableware is food & dishwasher safe.
